What is life coaching?
LIfe coaching can be many things and depends on you and your needs. Whether you need a place to vent privately; an accountability partner; support in achieving specific goals; or need to learn tools and techniques to improve your life, experiences, and relationships. Coaching focuses on using your experiences to move forward and apply those lessons to your life and future self. We will reflect on where you were, where you are today, and define where you want to be in the future.
How can I figure out if life coaching is right for me?
We offer free discovery calls to discuss your questions and possible needs. Discovery calls are approximately 30 minutes and we can then decide if it makes sense to work together.
Where do these meetings happen?
Based on location and time zones most sessions are conducted virtually by video or phone call. Options for in-person meetings can be discussed if appropriate.
How can you help my business with Human Resources Consulting?
Human Resources can be tricky if your team does not have compliant, defined, and clear policies. We can help you audit your HR department and policies; help define and create updated policies; train your team; help implement new processes and procedures; as well as, audit your current HRIS/Payroll software or implement your new HRIS/Payroll software.
